Small circles · Live online · Trauma-informed
You don't have to carry it alone.
Sage Collective is a place to be heard without being fixed. We gather in small, facilitator-led circles called Groves, where you can share, or simply listen, alongside people who understand.
Why people come
Not a program. Not a course. A circle.
Most people don't arrive at a Grove looking to be transformed. They come because something feels heavy, or unclear, or lonely, and they're tired of holding it by themselves.
In a Grove, a trained facilitator holds the space. There's no advice, no analyzing and no pressure to perform. You can talk, or you can pass. Either way, you belong.
Most people leave a Grove feeling
- More grounded and steady in their body
- Less alone with what they're carrying
- Clearer about what they're feeling
- Relieved to be witnessed without pressure
- Ready enough to keep going
It isn't magic. It's what happens when skilled facilitation, clear boundaries and shared presence are held with care.
How it works
Three gentle steps
- 1
Join Sage
Become a Rooted Member for $20 a month, or try a single Grove first with a $25 Explorer Token. No long-term commitment either way.
- 2
Step into the community
We'll walk you into our private space on Discord. It's free, and our Welcome Guide shows you exactly what to tap. No tech experience needed.
- 3
Reserve your seat
Use your token to reserve a seat in a live Grove. Circles hold up to eight people, so there's room to be seen.
Thinking of someone?
Gift a seat in a Grove
For $25, give someone one seat in a live, facilitator-led Grove. We'll email them your note and a link to accept, and they choose the time. If they don't accept, you get your money back.
How we hold the space
Safety comes before depth
Everything we do is built around a few simple commitments.
You're never pushed
Consent, confidentiality and pacing come first. Passing is always welcome.
Trauma-informed by design
Grounding and nervous-system awareness are woven into every session.
Integration over intensity
We care about what lasts, not what overwhelms.
Community, not isolation
Healing happens in relationship. Not alone, and not rushed.
Every identity welcome
Spiritually open and identity-affirming. No doctrine, no gurus, no saviors.
Never recorded
Groves are live only. What's shared in the circle stays in the circle.
Groves right now
Grief Grove & PTSD/CPTSD Grove
Held every other Wednesday by Anissa, our founding facilitator. 75 minutes, up to eight people, speaking always optional.

Reflections from the Grove
Come as you are
If you're nervous, that's okay. Most of us were strangers when we walked into our first Grove.
